As individuals we need to have intimacy with the Holy Spirit, like never before in the history of mankind. He is the Spirit of the Father and the Spirit of the Son made manifest in a believer’s life, in every way that the believer will allow Him. The great Promise/Gift is the person of the Holy Spirit. He make His home, (abode – abide), His intimate dwelling place in the nearest, dearest part of every believer – the heart.
INTIMACY WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT

As individuals we need to have intimacy with the Holy Spirit, like never before. There is but one Holy Spirit. He is the Spirit of the Father and the Spirit of the Son made manifest in a believer’s life, in every way that the believer will allow Him. He is not just any spirit. The scripture tells us that He is “The” one and only “Holy” Spirit of the living God. He is the Spirit of Adoption, the inheritance unto mankind from God the Father, the Promise of the Father and so much more.
The great Promise/Gift is the person of the Holy Spirit. He makes His home, (abode – abide), His intimate dwelling place, in the nearest, dearest part of every believer – the heart.
“And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever — the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”
John 14: 16 – 21 NKJV
In the following weeks, I will be placing some short blog posts on different subjects concerning Intimacy with the Holy Spirit. Some guidance and remembrances of how to remain “heart to heart” with Him and some guidances for getting intimate with the Lord.

I am an altar prayer worker 4/13-4/15/12 for a WOW (women of the word) conference and the speaker last night talked about the baptism of the Holy Spirit who overshadows us and gives us utterance.

As we met for 12 days at the Roc. The tangible substance of the Father returning us to our first love was flowing. Many Nights I had dreams of things that the Holy spirit wanted to show me. Things that were holding me back from my first love. The Holy spirit showed me a hurt in my heart that had been forgiven but had a scar on my subconscious and how this was being removed through the sounds of Heaven being released in the meetings. In the atmosphere of the meetings, the intimacy was so deep. You had to have ears to hear to listen through and respond with your vocal intruments with the sounds that the Holy Spirit was awakening. Ahhh what a time that we are living in. These intimacy blogs that you are doing are great. Thank you for sharing them.
