We arose early, at around 3:30 AM to travel to the airport for our flight to Arequipa. The Lima airport was very busy at 5 AM when we arrived. The process was not easy since we were flying Peruvian Airlines and all my mileage clout meant nothing as far as service was concerned. We went to the gate after a cup of coffee, only to find our flight to be delayed. We then boarded our flight to Arequipa. Once in the air, just as we were descending into Arequipa, the plane began to misbehave and the oxygen masks dropped from the ceiling above our heads. There was panic on the plane and someone began to suffer heart problems. The pilot finally told us that we were returning to Lima. After the hour trip back at a much lower altitude and speed we landed in Lima airport. We waiting for news of another flight and finally boarded another plane 12 hours later. Lack of sleep was getting to us and we did not make it into Arequipa until after 8PM. Peruvian Airlines put the wrong flight number on our luggage and so it was lost somewhere in their system. We missed the meeting for Saturday night so they took us to our hotel and we slept the night away.

We got up early but without our luggage we had to wear our casual flying attire to Sunday morning church. The first service was at 7 AM. I once again preached on the kingdom of heaven and we then began to minister to the people the miracle of Jesus Christ’s name. There were about 800 – 1,000 people in this early service.

They gave us our first coffee of the day and a bite to eat in the church office. We went for a short walk in the sunshine and came back to the 2nd service, which started at 10:30 AM. I continued with another new message concerning the kingdom of heaven and we spent a couple hours ministering to the people. Another 1,000 people were in this late morning service.

Several blind people saw, many crippled people walked out of the church free from their infirmities. The power of deliverance took place with quite a number of people.

We went for a very nice lunch at the home of the pastors’ mother and then to our hotel for an extended nap to try to catch up on the sleep we’ve lost over the past few days.

Off to church we went at around 7 PM and there were yet another 1,000 people the filled the building. I taught on the anointing and the pastor asked leaders to come forward to have hands laid upon them. We anointed them with Holy Spirit power and sent them out to the crowds to do the works of the kingdom that we had shown them in the first two services.

We ministered to a few demonized people an the tougher cases and our ministry in Arequipa was fulfilled for the time being.

Arequipa is a beautiful city nestled in the mountains at around 7k feet above sea level. Our friends saw us off at the airport and we flew the Monday Morning flight back to Peru.

As soon as we got out of the Lima airport we went to the home of my dear friend Eleazar Soria to talk about all that is happening in Peru. Pastor Soria was a vice presidential hopeful in the last national election and has serve the church in Peru as well as congress. We always have a wonderful time together.

This ends our days in Peru. We are now flying back home to the USA and will should be in the arms of our family by Tuesday evening. God has been very good to us and we are grateful to have been able to see His hand at work in the lives of so many beautiful people.

Leaving with Mt Misti in the background

We returned to Lima from Ica in the early morning. It was a long ride along the coastline of Peru. We got to Lima a unpacked and started a regiment of some very important meetings. We made a few very strategic visits to some people in national politics and then went to a national Apostolic & Prophetic Conference to meet several apostolic minters from other latin countries.

We drove back to Fundamento Cristo Eglesia, the church pastored by Marco & Melina Llinella where I taught the people the principles of the kingdom of God and how important the gospel of the kingdom is to break the power of the devil over the people of Lima and the nation. We then ministered the miracles of the kingdom of heaven to the people for a couple of hours. Many sicknesses were healed and people were set free.

We had a short sleep and off we went through the morning Lima traffic to the other side of the city to visit former Finance Secretary for the Peruvian government, Pablo Pedro Kuchinsky, (PPK). We met Mr. Kuchinsky in his home over coffee. Our discussions about the conditions of the poor in Peru, the satte of the economy of the world and the current polictial situations were our topics. Mr. Kuchinsky said that he desired to keep in contact and establish a relationship so we have exchanged information in order to do so.

Our next meeting was at the home of Keiko Fugimori who nearly won the last presidential election by a very small margin of votes. The Lord had given me a word for Ms. Fugimori as she is preparing for the next election in five years. I believe she will be the next president of the nation of Peru and will set a new pace for the politics of latin american and perhaps the world. She asked me to pray for her before we left and I took her hand and placed the blessings of the kingdom of God upon her. This was an extraordinary meeting that will probably set more meetings with her in the future.

We then met over coffee with Pastor Pedro Vilchez who is a political strategist for Fugimori and has set up most of the meetings that we have been attending with important politicians. He asked me to write a book for the Peruvian people concerning the kingdom of God. He also asked if I would come and teach a bible study to the congressional leaders and that he was working on having me address the congress of Peru at some time in the future.

Our next meeting was with Tom Mraz, who is president of the Thunderbird Resort chain in South America. Tom is a gracious man who loves to support ministries who are helping the Peruvian people and desires to be a business contact for us in Peru and elsewhere if possible.

We then attended the national Apostolic & Prophetic Conference for the second day in a row. I addressed the crowd of around a thousand people and introduced a few principles of the kingdom of God and what we are focused on in the USA. There was a tremendous excitement in the conference as we left.

Then we traveled across the city of Lima once again to our second meeting at the Fundamento Cristo Eglesia, where I taught a message on the releasing power of the kingdom of heaven and then we laid our hands upon the leadership of the church and sent them to minister to the sick.

After church we drove to another part of Lima to attend the 25th wedding anniversary of a pastor and wife who are very prominent in the political scene and was Keiko Fugimori’s first choice as a running mate in the past election. He however turned her down, due to personal obligations.

These were two very busy days with lots of meetings and little sleep, so we just keep plugging away at it. More wonders of God in Arequipa to come.

Early rise to get to the airport for our flight back to Lima. After checking in we had a nice cup of coffee with Pastor Lionel and then said our goodbyes.

We arrived in Lima and went back to the home of Juan Carlos & Aida to drop off our luggage and then went to a cafe for lunch with Marsilino Salazar, who is a great South American evangelist and friend. We finished our day with meetings and a visit to the hospital to pray for someone who was sick.

We got up on Tuesday and made the long drive from Lima to the southern city of Ica, Peru. There was a beautiful summer breeze in Ica coming off the ocean, making it very pleasant outside.

After resting a bit, we worked outdoors on some video production doing some One Minute Power Word videos and a Partner message on video.

Church in Ica at El Shaddai was very exciting. We found the room filled with more coming and standing on the outside of the building in the street. Kevin Ford place the following on his FaceBook update: “There was a Healing explosion in Ica City tonight at The Church of El Shaddai….WOW OH WOW ! Wayne set a miracle atmosphere when he preached the Kingdom .. then I gave one word of Knowledge and all HEAVEN broke loose !

Healing, Deliverance & Miracles everywhere….the place was packed to overflowing ,we were stepping over bodies..as people were getting set free! More to come stay tuned !!!” (http://facebook.com/iamkevinford)

The miracles were taking place with nearly everyone we ministered to. Eyesight restored, hearing restored, pain leaving bodies and a couple of people left their walkers behind.

We look forward to coming back to Ica in the near future and staying longer as the crowd grows and people are saved and healed each service.

Day One & Two: January 12 & 13, 2012

Kevin Ford & I flew all day, starting in the early morning and we arrived in Lima at around 11 AM. Long flights for both of us but they were uneventful and on time. We rejoiced to see the loving and friendly faces that we have come to know so well: Marco Llinella, Jonathan Llinella and Juan Carlos Ramirez.
We went on the usual Lima “joy ride” through to the other side of the city from the airport and immediately bedded down comfortably at the home of Juan Carlos & Aida. Aida is about to give birth to their very first baby at any time now. She is full term and is due to be induced on the 25th of the month. I’m hoping that the baby will come while we are here though, as we are scheduled to leave Peru on the 23rd.

We awakened on Friday morning and had a leisurely visit with our dear peruvian friends and fought to get internet connections to work to very little avail.

We then drove to Mira Flores and had an inspirational meeting with our new friend Ken Comer with lunch at one of my favorite cafe’s. We talked and told stories and we found out how Ken and his wife moved to Peru in 1999 from the US after pastoring in Montana for several years. We hope to continue to stay in contact with Ken and perhaps do some work with he and his wife here in Peru. Ken pastored in Montana in the same area with Pat & Val Holloran and they used to go fishing together. Due to the fishing relationship that was established between them I was able to hear some wonderful stories about my beloved friend Pat that I had not heard before…

We headed to the airport again and caught a short flight to Piura, which is in the north of Peru. It was a warm summer evening when we got off the plane and walked across the tarmac to the small airport terminal. There was a car and driver awaiting us to carry our luggage and we hopped in for a memorable ride to the Hotel Imperial, a place that Rick Wilson, Joshua Anderson, Kevin Ford and I called our resting place when we were here last year.

At the first meeting here in Piura, we met our friend Pastor Lionel. The music was loud and lively and the people were excited to see us again, along with many new faces. Marco and I preached on the Kingdom authority within every believer to protect their destiny by telling the devil, “Satan! Get out of my life!” The devil is to blame for sickness, pain, people abuse, robbery and poverty. The believer must take their position against the “father of lies” and command him to “Get out of my life!”

Kevin began to use the scriptures like words of knowledge, reading Matthew 8 where Jesus healed the leper, the paralytic, and the fever of Peter’s mother-in-law, thus he called for people with skin conditions, mobility issues and fever to come forward. Every person was healed that we ministered to. Demons were cast out of a young lady that came from a couple of towns away. She needed to be set free and she heard to some men were preaching the gospel in Piura and setting people free. Satan went out of her life when we commanded them with the voice of liberty in Jesus’ name.

The meeting was very powerful and we then were taken to Chiffa (Chinese) for our first meal in Piura.

We are looking forward to a very blessed time in Pirua for the next two days of ministry and fellowship with the ministries here.

After battling mosquito demons we awoke to day twelve and we were off to a breakfast meeting with a prominent palestinian family. There was a strong kingdom work to be done with this Arab family who were from the area around Jerusalem and Bethlehem in Israel. I prayed for each member of the family and then we partook of the table of the Lord and there was powerful deliverance from demonic strongholds that we witnessed through prayer and it was wonderful to see the Lord work mightily in the lives of this family. We then sat down to a wonderful meal – a traditional Palestinian breakfast with Turkish coffee to boot. We left this home in freedom and liberty from the driving forces of death and destruction. They had all visibly changed as we could see the new joy upon their faces.

Marco then took us to a beautiful beach where the Pacific Ocean breezes refreshed our souls and we caught a glimpse of some of the natural beauty of the Peruvian coastline. We sat in a restaurant on the water for refreshments and talked of our future plans to bring teams to Peru later this year.

We went to another home for a lunch appointment that turned out to be the home of the former General of the Armies of Peru. The General passed away 2 years ago and we prayed for his widowed wife, his daughter and his son who is a prominent lawyer here in Lima. There were many expensive, yet demonic pieces of art in the home so I taught the General’s daughter how to quarantine them from having any spiritual influence in their lives and she was excited to do so as there had been too many bad spiritual experiences in that home through the years.

We went back to our apartment for another short nap – too short, if you ask me. Sleep is a precious thing when there is so much to be done and so many people to reach with the glorious light of the gospel of Christ.

A cup of coffee at an area coffee shop and more planning for our future trips to Peru and we were then off to the evening service. This time we arrived at around 8 pm and the place was almost empty. So, it was fun to watch the people flow in so that by the time the worship was over there were several hundred in the service.

This night we all taught about the kingdom of love and then prayed for everyone in the church. It was a kind of send off but still there was healing, deliverance and miracles in lives.

This finishes up our time in the churches here in Peru. For sure, an effectual door has opened for us to proclaim the kingdom of our God to this entire nation. Thanks be to God for His infinite mercy!

Worship is always lively in Peru

Another early rise in the dark on our eleventh day in Peru to catch a bus from Ica to Lima. We said our goodbyes to Pastor Martin and his family and off went went on a 4 hour ride back to Lima. We were late getting into the Lima bus station and had to get to an appointment with Eleazer Soria, my friend who is running for congress and a very influential man in the government of this nation. We discussed the future of Peru and I prophesied of God’s intentions for him as a leading father in this nation. We prayed for his wife and his mother-in-law as well. We finally got to our apartment in the mid to late afternoon where we unpacked once again and laid down for a short nap. We dressed for the evening service and Marcos took us through the city for a cup of special mid-eastern coffee at a friends cafe in the city. This was an experience like “Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride!” Driving with Marco is an experience. We’ll just leave it at that. The coffee was good though…

The Team preparing for the service

With our edge frazzled we arrived at the church service in the midst of praise and worship. It was nearly 9 pm and we were wondering why so late… But the people here work until around 7 pm and then have to take public transportation to get to the church and it is 8 pm before they can actually start a church service in the mid week. So, we were not as late as we thought. By 9 pm I was preaching the kingdom of God again.

I preached on the born-again experience of beginning with the Father. The believers new blood line and the authority of being a child of the Father who created all things. I separated the kingdom of darkness from the kingdom of light and told the people that they cannot add Jesus Christ to the other idols in their homes  - that they must get rid of their idols for Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life and no one will come unto the Father of their genesis except through Him and Him alone. Kevin then had a word of knowledge for people with headaches and a group came forward for prayer. This started the power of deliverance flowing with some demons screaming and others just coming out with a word of authority spoken. The line of people for all ailments then came forward and the night of healing and deliverance took place.

The power of God was present for us to work the works of the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ and we saw many signs and wonders of God’s love for this people in Lima.

These are important days for Peru.

July 19th, 2010 – Arequipa & Lima, Peru

Our Peruvian team led a Kingdom invasion into Peru!

Early morning in Arequipa was divine. The sun coming up over the volcanic Mt. Misti was something to remember. We loaded up the van and went to the airport where the pastors both met us just to say the last good bye. This was a very moving moment. They handed me money and gifts and thanked me profusely for the work of the kingdom of God that I brought to their church and their family. Their sister was delivered. Their mother was healed. Mirko’s wife was healing. Mirko’s father-in-law listened to me preaching on the radio and was convicted by the Spirit of God and came to the evening service last night and came forward, giving his life to Christ for the first time. Something that the family has prayed for years, as you can imagine. There is much rejoicing in the City of Arequipa because of the great things that God has done there.

The flight to Lima takes about an hour, so within a couple hours of being with the pastors in Arequipa we were found ourselves seated at a breakfast table with close friends of Marco and Malena who are Arab’s that were born in Israel. The man was actually born on December 24th at midnight in Bethlehem and his mother named him the Arabic word for “star”. He is a really warm and funny guy. They are like parents to Marco and Malena.

I’m now resting at Juan Carlos & Aida’s home. We will be going to the Inca Market after a nap and then to the airport where where I’ll catch my late night flight to Houston.
