The blood of Jesus speaks greater than the blood of Abel. (Hebrews 12:24)
Abel’s blood has a voice for justice. (Genesis 4:10-12)
Juris-diction: “juris” means laws or legality. While diction has to do with speaking or voice.
Juris = law
Diction = voice
Therefore, “jurisdiction” is the Lawful Voice of authority.
When the land is gouged by injustice or wrong, it is the lack of “Righteous – Godly Justice.”
Because, “The earth is YeHoVaH’s, and the fullness of it; the world, and those who live in it. For He has founded it on the seas and established it upon the rivers.” – Psalms 24:1-2 (LITV)
Innocent blood shed, figurative or actual, empowers the principalities of the kingdom of darkness (hasatan).
The principalities and powers and the rulers of evil are voicing their wicked will, and the people see pictures in their minds according to their voices. Voices of evil produce pictures in the mind.
The history of bloodshed and evil doings in a land will shape the pictures of the minds of the people on the land
The Ekklesia should be taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.
With this in mind, read this familiar scripture:
“Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.
We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God.
And we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.
We are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.
You are looking at things as they are outwardly…”

The Kingdom Of God Must Be Preached
Luke 9, 10 & 11
The twelve are given “power and authority,” and told to “Preach the Kingdom.”
“Having called together His twelve disciples, He gave them power and authority over all demons, and to heal diseases. He sent them to proclaim/preach the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick.” – Luke 9:1-2 (LITV)
This is not a stand-alone event, however. Yeshua is at the point in His Kingdom ministry upon the earth that He is shifting His dominion as the Last Adam to those who have set all else aside to follow Him. Forever.
He “gives” them Kingdom power and authority, which alludes to Kingdom of Heaven dominion that was first given to Adam in Genesis 1:26 & 28.
There is much to be said about the numbers of the Kingdom that Yeshua is administering here, which we won’t get into at this time, but it is part of the legal language of the Kingdom of Heaven operating upon the earth. (12, 70…)
Yeshua then appoints (meaning, lifts up and shows) 70 other followers who are being discipled by Him, and He sends them to every city and place He will soon visit. They go there before He gets there.
“The Master also appointed seventy others, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place, even to where He was about to come.” – Luke 10:1
The 70 returned to Him giving an account of their works, just as the 12 did.
Luke 10:17-20
“The seventy returned with joy, saying, “Master, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.”
He said to them, “I was watching the Satan (hasatan) fall from heaven like lightning.
Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.
Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.”
The Kingdom of heaven strategy is to deprive the evil kingdom of rebellious spirits of their ability to harm.
In so doing, the disciples caused the downfall of the satan – the community of evil principalities – in all those cities and places that they visited to fall from the heavens like lightning. These powers and principalities no longer had the ability to do harm.
Now we can see what Yeshua is teaching us in Luke 11 about the Strong man. The strong one is able to “take away the evil strong one’s ability to harm,” and cause his kingdom strength to be null and void of power to stand.
“When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are undisturbed.
But when someone stronger than he attacks him and overpowers him, he takes away from him all his armor on which he had relied and distributes his plunder.” – Luke 11:21-22 (NASB)
Compare what Yeshua teaches about the “strong man” herein with what the apostle Paul teaches the Ekklesia of Ephesus.
“Be strong in Yehovah and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Therefore, take up the complete armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.
Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace/shalom.
In addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” -Ephesians 6:10-17 (NASB)
We should be able to see that we are meant to be the strong who deprive the evil kingdom of rebellious spirits of their ability to harm.
